 Features and use

1.The product is designed and manufactured per APl requirements,relialed and of a good performance,Capable fting with the imported equments.

2.Borth gate dise and sealing face of the seat ring over 600Lbare made of stellite Co-based carbide alloy by way of built-up welding,wearable,hightemperature-resisting,corrosion- proof gaffing-proof,good perfomance and long duration.

3.The stem has a good corrosion and gaffing resistance after both modified and surface nitrided treaments.

4.Uses a wedge elastic gate disc structure,both middle and large apertures are set with a rolling bearing.lightly opened and cloesd.

5.Fullvarieties of the body material,both packing and washer are reasonably selected upon the actual working cindition or the user's demand,suita ble for various pressures temper-atures and working conditions of medium.

6.Apressure self-tightened sealing structure is used with middle cavity of 1500Lb and 2500Lb the sealing performance is along with rise of the internal pressure,highly reliable

7.The upside-down sealinguses stainless steel thread to connect with the seat or is made of austenic syainless steel by way of built-up welding on the body and  reliable the packing'can be replaced and repaired without stopping running,convenient and quick and without influence to the system.
